RNF Property Group is a property and construction company working across South Wales, from single-property refurbishments through to multi-unit developments and long-term framework contracts.
Who we are
We are based at Ty Berwig in Bynea, Llanelli, and work throughout South Wales. Our work spans private homes, commercial property, new build development and framework contracts — a deliberately broad base that lets us take on projects of very different shapes without stretching beyond what we can deliver well.
Most of our work comes through repeat clients and recommendation. That tends to shape how we operate: we would rather set a realistic programme and meet it than win work on an optimistic one. Where a project needs specialist engineering or energy expertise, we bring in trusted partners rather than stretching our own remit.
Our experience includes work on listed and heritage-sensitive buildings, including the regeneration of The Albert Hall in Swansea.
